SALMON PIE 
16 oz. can red Alaska salmon
1 onion
Salt and pepper
4 potatoes
Pie crust

In large kettle, cook and boil 4 potatoes, onion and salt until done. Roll out pie dough. Place in bottom of pie plate. When potatoes are cooked, drain and add salmon, including bones, skin, juice and all. Mash together well until consistency of soft mashed potatoes. Add milk, if needed. place top crust on top of mixture. Brush crust with milk. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes and 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden.
