SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
3 lb. hamburger (I use ground chuck)
1 c. milk
2 c. quick oats
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Mix all ingredients together and form in balls.

Sauce:

3 c. brown sugar
2 c. catsup
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix together and pour over meatballs (may have to add 1/4 cup water). Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
