1 head cabbage (or 1 bag pre-shredded cabbage) 8 green onions 1/2 c. slivered almonds 1/2 c. sesame seeds 2 tbsp. butter 2 pkg. ramen noodles (boil 1 minute, don't add seasoning packet) Saute almonds and sesame seeds in butter. DRESSING: 1 c. oil 4 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tsp. salt 1-2 tsp. pepper This salad does not keep well. Ingredients should all be combined shortly before serving. |
