1 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 1/4 tsp. maple flavoring 24 oz. RAW peanuts Combine ingredients and boil until peanuts are coated and liquid is used up, stirring frequently. Put on greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Bake 30 minutes at 350°F; stir. Sprinkle with salt a few times while baking. As they cool, stir again to avoid sticking. Cool completely and store in airtight container. Adjustment: 1 1/3 c. sugar 3/4 c. water 1/3 tsp. maple flavoring 1 (32 oz.) pkg. RAW peanuts Prepare and cook as directed. |
