CHERRY YUM-YUM 
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkgs. dessert topping mix
1 c. half and half
2 cans cherry pie filling

Combine cracker crumbs and butter. Line 9x13 dish with 1/2 crumb mixture. Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Whip topping mix with cream; fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread 1/2 cream cheese mixture over cracker crumbs. Top with cherry filling. Add remaining cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.
