LOWER - CALORIE FESTIVE FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 2/3 c. evaporated skimmed milk 12 reg. marshmallows 1/2 c. butter Few grains of salt 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits 1 c. cut up nuts 1 tsp. vanilla In a heavy 2 quart saucepan, cook sugar, skimmed milk, marshmallows, butter, and salt, stirring constantly, over medium heat to a boil. Boil and stir 5 minutes more. Take off heat. Stir in until completely melted, 6 ounces chocolate bits. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread in a buttered 8 inch square pan. Cool. Cut into 30 pieces. |
