TACO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 doz. tortillas
2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. Jack cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
1 can whole kernel corn
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
2 cans tomato sauce
3 pkg. taco flavoring
1 onion, chopped

Dice tomatoes. Saute hamburger, taco flavoring, corn, onion. Drain liquid. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce. Simmer 3 minutes. In 8 x 12 x 2 inch pan, line with 6 or 8 tortillas. Alternate layers with tortillas and hamburger and cheese.

Sprinkle with thawed spinach and put remaining tortillas on top. Spread sour cream. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
