3 1/2 c. (10 oz.) dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. salad oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Combine the ingredients and store in a covered container in a cool place. Use for coating chicken.
