SUGAR-PLUM BACON | |
1/2 lb. sliced bacon 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon Let bacon come to room temperature. Cut each slice in half. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Coat each bacon slice. Twist and place on a jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and sugar is bubbly. Place the cooked bacon slices on foil to cool. Serve at room temperature or warm slightly, if desired. |
