TURKEY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp. cold water
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
Salt & pepper to taste

In bowl combine all ingredients except oil. Mix thoroughly. Shape mixture into 1 1/2" to 2" meatballs. In hot skillet with 2 tablespoons oil, brown meatballs. In large saucepan, mix 1 package brown gravy mix according to package directions. Add meatballs and simmer for 1 hour. Serve with rice or cooked noodles.
