TURKEY MEATBALLS WITH GRAVY 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1 lg. egg
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. oil
2 pkg. turkey gravy mix

Mix all ingredients except oil and gravy. Shape into balls. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Cook meatballs 8-10 minutes turning once until browned. Make gravy mix. Drain skillet of oil, then add gravy mix. Cover and simmer 4-5 minutes. Serves 4.
