PORK TENDERLOIN CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. bacon
2 lbs. pork tenderloin patties
1 can mushrooms, 4 oz. juice included
1 onion, diced
1 egg, beaten
Bread crumbs

Fry bacon just enough to remove the rawness. Add onion and brown it. Remove the bacon and onion from the pan. Season pork tenderloin, roll it in beaten egg and then bread crumbs. Saute until golden brown. Line a casserole with some bacon and onion, add the meat in layers separated by the bacon. Cover meat with a whole can of mushrooms, juice included. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
