2 - 3 ribs celery
5 - 8 jalapeno peppers (depending on size)
1 lg. onion
1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
2 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. salt
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 reg. size (#202) whole cans black - eyed peas
1 reg. size can tomatoes (no juice)
1 tsp. garlic powder
