CARROT BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. unprocessed Bran
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. allspice

Combine and mix well. 2/3 c. orange juice 1/3 c. raisins 1/4 c. oil 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1 egg

Combine.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Let stand for 5 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Yields 10 muffins.
