BACON AND PECAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pecans
8 slices bacon, cooked crisp
1 c. buttermilk
5 tbsp. butter
1 egg

Combine all ingredients and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
