CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice, cook according to pkg.
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook rice according to directions. Mix in all other ingredients, except cheese. Place in a lightly greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
