BEEF AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, undrained
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 med. or sm. onion, chopped

In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onion. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on high until mixture boils. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
