PINEAPPLE SURPRISE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. plain flour

Pour into an 8 x 12 inch rectangle pan and bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 sticks (3/4 c.) butter
3/4 box powdered sugar

Melt together cream cheese and butter, add powdered sugar. When cake is done, pour the frosting over the hot cake. Refrigerate.
