1 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. applesauce
2 tbsp. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vegetable oil

Topping:

1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients and stir lightly with wooden spoon. Fill greased muffin tins about 2/3rds full. Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes. While muffins are baking, combine ingredients for topping. When muffins come out of oven, sprinkle with topping. Muffins are best served while warm.
