MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cans Ranch Style beans
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomatoes with green chilies
2 c. corn chips, crushed
Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown meat, onion and bell pepper; drain. Cover bottom of 1 1/2-quart pan with crushed chips. Mix meat, beans, soup and tomatoes. Pour over chips. Top with grated cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
