KATIE'S EASY BAKED HADDOCK 
2 lb. haddock fillets
deluxe yellow American cheese slices
2-3 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, cut into pats

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Rinse fish and pat dry. Lay fish in the bottom of 9x13-inch glass baking pan. Lay slices of cheese over fish. Crumble 2 or 3 sleeves of Ritz crackers over and place pats of butter over top.

Bake at 375°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
