HOLIDAY BEEF IN WINE SAUCE 
1 (2 lb.) boneless sirloin steak
2 tbsp. oil
3/4 oz. envelope mushroom gravy mix
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. port wine
2 tbsp. orange marmalade

Cut steak in strips and brown in large skillet. Blend in gravy mix, stir in water, wine and marmalade. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes, serve over rice.
