WHIPPED CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
2 c. powdered sugar
6 tbsp. butter
4 sq. bitter chocolate
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Place sugar, milk, eggs and vanilla in a bowl. Set in ice water. Melt chocolate and butter; add to other mixture. Beat until it holds shape. This recipe is enough to frost an angel food cake.
