TANGY COLE SLAW (Pepper Slaw) | |
1 med. head cabbage, chopped or shredded 2 med. carrots 1 med. green pepper 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. cider vinegar 1/4 c. oil 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. onion salt Grate cabbage and carrots; chop green pepper. (Put all 3 in blender together, cover with water and grind. Drain water from vegetables.) Mix together sugar, vinegar, oil, celery seed, garlic salt and onion salt. Pour over cabbage mixture and marinate overnight. |
