ONE DISH CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES 
2 lbs. boned chicken or turkey
1 c. rice
1/2 pkg. frozen vegetables of your choice
2 bouillon cubes (chicken)
2 c. and 3 tbsp. water

In a skillet brown chicken. Add water and bouillon, stir until the bouillon is dissolved. When the water boils, add rice and vegetables. Simmer until rice is done. Serves 4 unless one of them is a Frazee.
