POLENTA 
Polenta is the Italian word for cornmeal, for cornmeal mush, and for dishes made with cornmeal. Polenta is the staple dish of Northern Italy where it is often eaten in place of bread.

Prepare according to package instructions. This mixture will have the texture of hot cereal (firm) and is to be served with your favorite spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese over the top.
