CHOCOLATE ICE BOX DESSERT 
1 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs, separated
3 sqs. chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped
About 30 graham crackers
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Cream butter and powdered sugar until creamy. Add 1 yolk at a time, and beat after each addition. Add 3 squares melted chocolate and vanilla and nuts. Beat egg white stiff and fold into mixture. Sprinkle a 9 x 13 inch pan with crushed crumbs and pour chocolate mixture over this. Place in freezer compartment. When set, add slightly softened ice cream and spread. Sprinkle top with remaining crumbs. Place in freezer and take out a while before you want to serve.
