MOUNDS CAKE 
1 lg. pkg. fudge cake mix (not pudding type)
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. lg. marshmallows
14 oz. pkg. coconut
1 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix cake according to package directions, adding the pudding mix. Bake in a deep 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool cake before topping.

In a 3-quart saucepan, bring the 1 cup milk and 1 cup sugar to a quick boil. Add the marshmallows and stir until melted. Add the coconut and stir. Pour over the cooled cake in the pan.

In the same pan, combine the evaporated milk, 1 1/2 cups sugar and butter. Bring these to a boil, remove from heat and add the chips. Stir until melted. Add the nuts, stir to coat and pour on the cake. This cake is very rich and will serve 24-30.
