PLUCK-IN-BREAD 
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. melted shortening
1 c. mashed potatoes
5 c. flour

Mix together kneading 2 cups flour at a time. Place in greased bowl, cover with towel and let raise to double in size. Form into small balls, fold in melted butter, then in a sugar and cinnamon mix. Place in an angel food cake pan. After one row sprinkle with chopped nuts. Repeat until pan is 2/3 full. Let raise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
