1 1/2 qts. of warm water
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 pkg. dry yeast
6 c. flour whole wheat
3 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. oil
10 1/2 c. flour whole wheat

Mix and let raise 45 minutes. Let raise 2 hours. Bake at 400 degrees 1 hour and 10 minutes.
