COCONUT SQUASH 
3 c. cooked squash (butternut or acorn)
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. bread crumbs (rounded)
1 c. shredded coconut
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. frozen concentrated orange juice (rounded)

Mash squash. Mix in other ingredients in order as listed. Put in 1 large or 2 small baking dishes. Set dish in large pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. May be frozen cooked or uncooked. Serves 10. Very good.
