SWEDISH APPLE CAKE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
3 1/2 c. apples, diced
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

FROSTING:

2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together first 6 ingredients. Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour in 9 x 13 inch pan.

FROSTING: Cook flour and milk until thick. Set aside to cool. Beat together butter, sugar and vanilla. Add flour mixture and beat until smooth.
