SWEDISH PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, plus water to equal 1/2 c.
1 tsp. vanilla
1 #2 can crushed pineapple

Combine above ingredients. Mix with mixer 2 minutes. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese

Mix until smooth. Pour over cake while hot.
