Apples
3 tsp. honey
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

3/4 c. butter
Pinch of salt
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. raisins, optional

Fill the plate or 13 x 9 inch pan full with sliced and pared apples. Mix together sugar and cinnamon-pour over apples. Spread honey over apples. Combine ingredients for topping, spread over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
