STRAWBERRY TOFU PIE 
Mix together:

1 lg. box strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water

Cool in refrigerator until slightly gelled.

In a large bowl, mash: 1 box firm Silken Mori-Nu Tofu Mix in 8 oz. Cool Whip

Fold in Jello and sliced fresh strawberries. Pour into 2 Keebler buttered pie crusts. Garnish with strawberries. Refrigerate.

Note: You can also substitute orange Jello with mandarin oranges.
