REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER BARS 
3 c. peanut butter
1 c. dry milk
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix until well blended and spread in sheet pan. Top with chocolate icing.

CHOCOLATE ICING:

1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. canned milk
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Refrigerate until firm enough to cut.
