GREEN BEANS VINAIGRETTE 
1 (1 lb.) can Del Monte brand Blue Lake green beans, whole or cut
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. Del Monte sweet pickle relish
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 hard-boiled egg, grated

TO SERVE COLD: Chill green beans and drain well. Mix other ingredients to make sauce; spoon over drained beans.

TO SERVE HOT: Heat the beans according to directions on the can; drain. Add sauce to beans in pan and toss with 2 forks until hot. Serves 4.
