MUSTARD PICKLES 
18 sm. unpeeled cucumbers
1 good size cauliflower
2 lbs. sm. onions
3 med. green peppers, chopped

Soak cauliflower in salted water. Soak remaining ingredients in salt water all night. In morning, bring all to boil in salt water. Mix 3 pints vinegar, 3 cups sugar, 2 tablespoons celery seed, 1/4 pound dry mustard, 1/2 ounce turmeric. Heat to boiling; blend in 2 cups flour mixed with vinegar. When thick, pack into jars.
