4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
4 tsp. cinnamon
7 to 8 apples, cut up & peeled

Beat 4 eggs with 2 cups of sugar. Add 1 cup vegetable oil and mix. Next add 4 teaspoons of baking powder. Then stir in 2 cups of flour and 4 teaspoons of cinnamon. Finally add 7 cut up apples and keep stirring. Then place in a greased baking dish (9 x 13 inches). Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. At last, put in oven at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
