1 flour tortilla for each person
2 eggs for each person
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese for each tortilla
Salsa

Place flour tortillas on a cookie sheet. Scramble eggs and place approximately 2 on each tortilla. Sprinkle cheese on eggs. Place under broiler until cheese melts. Serve topped with salsa.
