VANILLA CRESCENTS | |
1 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. butter 1 1/2 c. blanched, ground almonds 2 egg yolks 1 c. granulated sugar 1/4 c. vanilla sugar Work flour, butter, almonds, egg yolks and sugar into dough. Shape into small crescents or use cookie sheet. Place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes until set but not brown. Dip hot/warm cookies into the vanilla sugar and set on cooling rack. |
