HOT JUICE (WASSAIL PUNCH) 
6 tea bags (can use decaffeinated)
2 3/4 c. sugar
Apple juice or cider
Orange juice, unsweetened
Pineapple juice, unsweetened
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. whole cloves
4 cinnamon sticks

Steep 6 tea bags in 4 cups (1 quart) water. Bring to a boil: 2 3/4 cup sugar and 8 cups (2 quart) water. In a large kettle mix together all juice, including lemon juice. Simmer with whole cloves and cinnamon sticks. Remove spices. Refrigerate until used. Keeps for 1 to 2 months. I always double this recipe, my kids warm up a couple in the morning.
