MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork (optional)
4 Royal Lunch or Ritz crackers, ground
1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice or 1/2 c. cooked regular rice
1 egg
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt, pepper, poultry seasoning to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls. Place in greased casserole dish. Cover with 1 can diluted tomato soup; use 1 can water to dilute the soup. Bake covered 1 hour at 375 degrees.
