GUACAMOLE DIP 
2 avocados
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Pit and peel avocados, mash with fork. Blend all ingredients, spread 1/3 cup mayonnaise over mixture, sealing to edges of bowl. Chill. At serving time, blend mayonnaise into mixture. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
