Place ham on grill and sear of smoke for a short time. Punch numerous holes in ham and stuff with chips of garlic pods and bacon strips. Place in heavy duty foil and roaster pan top with bacon strips, season with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Coca-Cola or barbeque sauce. Seal foil then place in oven at 200 degrees for 12 hours. |
