TOASTY HOTDOG ROLL-UPS
2 c. water
8 hotdogs
1/2 c. butter (1 stick) or butter
6 slices white bread
2 tsp. prepared mustard
4 slices processed American cheese
Catsup

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Heat 2 cups water to boiling in medium saucepan over medium heat. Carefully drop hotdogs into the water. Reduce heat and cover and simmer 5 to 8 minutes. Melt 1/2 cup butter in small saucepan over low heat. Place eight slices of bread on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush the top sides of the slices with about half of the melted butter. Spread with 2 teaspoons mustard (about 1/4 teaspoon for each slice). Cut 4 slices cheese diagonally in half so you have 8 cheese triangles. Top each bread with one slice of cheese. Place on hotdog on top of each cheese triangle. Fold the bread over to make a triangle shape. Fasten with 2 wooden picks, one on each side, poking them through the bread and hotdog. Brush the outside of the bread triangles with remaining melted butter. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with catsup. (NOTE: In place of the mustard, you can spread the buttered bread with 2 teaspoons horseradish or pickle relish.)
