MICROWAVE PEACH CRISP 
4 med. peaches, sliced (about 3 c.) or 2 (16 oz.) cans sliced peaches, drained
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

Arrange peaches in square microwaveable dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over peaches. Microwave, uncovered, on high (100%) 6 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn. Microwave, uncovered, until peaches are tender, 4 to 6 minutes longer. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired. Yield: 6 servings.

Conventional oven directions: Heat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare as directed, except use square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2 inches). Bake until peaches are tender, 30 to 35 minutes.

High altitude directions: For microwave, for fresh peaches, increase second microwave time to 6 to 8 minutes. For canned peaches, no adjustments are necessary. For conventional oven, bake 40 to 45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
