CHIPPED BEEF RIPE OLIVE ROLL 
1 c. pitted ripe olives
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 oz. sliced chipped beef
Party rye slices

Chop 1/2 cup olives. Combine with cream cheese, mayonnaise, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Spread a thin layer of chipped beef on 12x8 inch piece of foil. Spread cheese mixture over beef, arrange 1/2 cup olives in a row on one end.

Roll up beef around olives. Wrap and chill at least 8 hours. Slice 1/2 inch thick. Serve on rye slices. May be served cold or heated slightly in oven. Makes 16 snacks.
