OLIVE-BEEF PIE 
1 lb. ground round beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
9-inch unbaked pie shell
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. cr. cottage cheese
Paprika (optional)
Sliced stuffed olives

In skillet, brown beef and onions; drain off excess fat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, ketchup and 1/2 cup olives. Turn into pie shell. Mix together egg and cottage cheese. Pour over meat mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350 degree oven 30-35 minutes or until top is lightly browned and set. Garnish with sliced olives. Makes 4-6 servings.
