ISLAND GRILLED CHICKEN 
2 1/2 lb. whole chicken, butterflied
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 packet Sazon Goya con cilantro y achiote
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 tsp. fresh minced coriander
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil

Flatten chicken. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well, rub into both sides of chicken, generously. Put chicken skin-side down, flat on broiler pan. Broil 10 to 15 minutes. Turn, broil 10 to 15 minutes. Serve 2 or 3.
